本案位于太湖新城；太湖新城以华谊路和蠡湖大道为界，自东往西分为东区、中心区和西区。功能定位：太湖新城是无锡新的城市中心，是一个开放式、生态型的现代化新城。主要功能定位为商务商贸中心、科教创意中心和休闲宜居中心，是无锡高端商务、金融机构、企业总部、专业服务的集聚区。新的市民中心位于太湖新城，使之成为无锡的新中心。
