产业重镇给人的印象是遍地工厂、生活条件简陋、城市只有向外输血功能，终有枯竭的一天。这与泉州的深藏的发展潜力严重背离，造血功能需要得以发挥。
The image of an industry town usually relates to mass of factories, simple and poor living conditions. An industrial city must continuously give its “blood” exotically, but simple “export” will exhaust one’s own resources. Also this is opposite to Quanzhou’s potential, we need to “replenish blood”……
